I was hungry today and wanted a snack...chips to be precise. Since we didn't have any baked tortilla chips in the pantry, I decided to make my own with some corn tortillas lying around! It was an easy way to get a fast, salty, and fresh baked snack, perfect for dipping in salsa.
Tortilla Chips
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a cookie sheet with foil.

Take a corn tortilla or two (or several!) and cut it into chip-sized pieces. Place them on the cookie sheet (it's okay if they overlap a little), spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Put in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until they reach desired crispness!

Another fun variation is to use flour tortillas and sea salt - perfect for dipping in hummus or bean dip. You could also spray flour tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle on salt, oregano, and basil for an Italian treat. Or my favorite - spray flour tortillas with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar!
