I've been resisting doing menu posts for a looooooong time.
I was always nervous about them. What if I changed my mind about what I wanted to cook? What if I didn't make it through all of the dishes? What if one of them flopped and I decided not to blog about it? What if, what if, what if...
And then it hit me...this is a blog, not a contract! If I change my mind, I change my mind. If I don't make it through all of these dishes, I'll just roll some over to the next month. And if one flops...well, it flops. No biggie.
With a baby at home, I've got less and less time to pour through cookbooks, create recipes, and go grocery shopping. I think it's about time that I attempt a monthly menu. I've listed the recipes I've picked for this month in no particular order. As I post about them, I'll come back to this post and link up the recipes (only for those that turn out to be worthy, of course!). Anything I don't get to will be rolled over to the next month.
We'll see how this goes!
